Common conditions 

We diagnose and treat a wide range of infection-related conditions, including: 

  • pyrexia (fever) of unknown cause
  • urinary tract infections
  • skin and soft tissue infections (cellulitis)
  • respiratory infections.

We have access to diagnostic tests for conditions including TB, HIV, tropical infections and Lyme disease.

Intravenous antibiotics 

Our outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT) team provides IV antibiotics for conditions including: 

  • drug-resistant infections
  • skin infections
  • diabetic complications
  • post-operative complications
  • bone infections

Depending on your condition, we may be able to see you in outpatients or provide treatment at home. 

Travel medicine 

Travel safely with our travel clinic

We provide: 

  • travel advice
  • vaccinations, including yellow fever
  • malaria prevention
  • travel certification.

If you become unwell after returning from your trip, our emergency clinic offers expert care, rapid diagnostics and treatment for travel-related infections, including: 

  • traveller's diarrhoea
  • malaria
  • dengue fever
  • chikungunya.

Recurrent urinary tract infection 

We work closely with our urology team to assess and treat recurrent urinary tract infections. 

Working with you, we develop a personalised prevention plan tailored to your circumstances, with access to the latest treatments including the UTI vaccine.
