Tom Rosenbaum underwent basic Medical Training in Buenos Aries, Argentina, followed by a second medical degree and surgical training in the UK. Research interests include voiding dysfunctions, urodynamics and alpha blockers for BPH. Developed a technique for 24 hrs recordings of Ambulatory Urodynamics. Invented and developed a device to facilitate self catheterisation in women.
Became a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Ealing Hospital in 1997 and developed a local high quality Urological Service including clinics in general urology, uro-oncology, prostate disease, urinary incontinence, erectile dysfunction and the fast track haematuria service.
Also supported the expansion of the Endoscopy Unit into a fully video flexible unit and continues expanding the role of minimally invasive urological surgery.
