Mr. Ferran is a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon with Fellowship training in Shoulder & Elbow Surgery. Having graduated from The University of the West Indies in 2002, Mr. Ferran continued his post-graduate training in the UK including Trauma & Orthopaedic Training on the East Midlands (South) T&O Rotation.
Mr. Ferran has completed The Prince of Wales & Concord Hospital Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship in Sydney, Australia, & The Circle Nottingham Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship in Nottingham, UK. Mr. Ferran has an interest in performing Shoulder & Elbow surgery under awake regional anaesthesia, where appropriate, allowing patients to experience quicker post-operative recovery and avoid some of the risks of general anaesthesia.
