March 2014 – present: Consultant Haematologist Northwick Park Hospital, London: I regularly attend the lymphoma, myeloma, new patient, Myeloid clinics (myeloprolipherative disorders, MDS, Immune thrombocytopenia purpura). I am also involved in the care of Sickle Cell patients (inpatient-outpatients). I participate to the Multidisciplinary meeting for the benign haematological problems and the haematooncology patients. I advise for thrombosis and haemostasis patient problems referred either by the general practitioners or inpatient hospital referrals. I attend the departmental teaching and clinical Governance meetings. I am Haematology Lab lead.
Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Imperial College since September 2017.
I am Educational Supervisor (completed Modules 1-4 of Trainers of Trainees) and have been signed off as ES. I am involved in teaching Imperial College medical students during their haematology training at the Northwick Park Hospital, since 2014.
As well, I have been involved as Examiner of Year 6, Practical Assessment of Clinical Evaluation Skills (PACES), – Finals – Imperial Medical School in March 2017. I will involve next year in March 2018.
Since 2014, I am involved in Undergraduate Medical Teaching at Northwick Park Hospital. Responsibilities include seminars and clinical skills supervisor.
