International Patients

TRUSTPLUS welcomes patients and their families or carers from abroad.

We are experienced in offering cultural support for our patients and our administrative and finance teams are available to liaise between the family, the hospitals clinicians and support staff and where applicable the sponsoring embassy or Military/Medical Attaché.

Referrals are generally made from the consultant doctor based in the home country to the TRUSTPLUS consultant and when necessary emergency admissions can be arranged promptly.

All our staff undertake cultural awareness training and are happy to meet the cultural requirements of our patients.  We can make arrangements for interpreters to be available in many mainstream languages.

We understand that our international patients travel with family members or carers, therefore visiting hours are unrestricted.
